Sarah has helped grow and strengthen the nursing community throughout her career by leading major education programs and supporting workforce development initiatives across Australia.

Having worked within health services and alongside external agencies, she saw firsthand that true, lasting transformation comes from empowering internal teams, not outsourcing solutions.

A recognised super-adopter of digital health technologies and a proven change enabler, Sarah founded NurseFusion to equip hospitals with the strategies, tools, and leadership needed to build a sustainable workforce and digital health capability from the inside out.

Soon after, like-minded leaders Kate Renzenbrink and Dr. Nathan Moore joined NurseFusion, sharing the same commitment to clinician-led, future-ready healthcare transformation.
